On Sunday, 11 October 2026, the Corsa del Sole returns, one of the most popular autumn sporting events in the Middle Valtellina.
The event starts and finishes at the Parco dell’Adda in Lovero, offering a day dedicated to sport, nature and outdoor enjoyment.
Participants can choose between a 17 km non-competitive run or walk, featuring 900 metres of elevation gain, along a scenic route through vineyards, woodland trails, historic villages and mountain landscapes. The event is open to runners, walkers and anyone wishing to experience the beauty of the Valtellina in autumn.
Alongside the main route, the Camminata del Sole offers a more relaxed option for those who prefer to enjoy the scenery at a slower pace.
Registration and race number collection will take place at Parco dell’Adda in Lovero from 8:00 AM, while the event starts at 10:30 AM.
